We are a boutique law firm established in Limassol and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, advising founders, investors and businesses across Cyprus and the EU on corporate, commercial and financial services law. With particular depth in fintech, payments, funds and regulatory work, we give straightforward advice on complex matters, always with a clear view of what it means for your business.
The firm was founded by Christiana Konstantinidou, whose background combines private practice at leading law firms with in-house experience in the financial services industry. She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. She is a member of the Limassol Bar Association, holds the CySEC Advanced certification, and is qualified under the International Compliance Association's Anti-Money Laundering framework.
